    Radoslav (AKA Rad) is a holistic health coach focusing on Chinese medicine and addressing the root cause of illness through lifestyle changes.

    He holds a bachelor of kinesiology and a diploma of Chinese medicine. His training also includes martial arts like judo, where he is a black belt, as well as the softer energetic art of white tiger qigong. While many people try to fix a disease, he teaches people to take care of themselves first.

    Rad aims to help people in all aspects of their being, not just the physical, but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual. He merges Eastern and Western medicine philosophy in a logical way so that people can understand the impacts of their emotions and energy on their physical and mental health. 

 

 

    In 2017, Rad moved to China where he would train kung fu and qigong. He did 8 hours of rigorous practice, Monday to Friday, in the isolated mountains of Jilin. During this time, he could feel the dramatic impact that energy work through qigong was having on his body.

     His passion for natural healing led him to study medical qigong in school to develop his ability to help people re-balance the energies and emotions inside themselves through simple yet powerful movements.
